Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Investigation of the Truth about the Jeju April 3 Incident and Restoration of Honor of Victims, Article 13 (Scope of Decisions on Preparation or Correction of Family Relations Registers and Application Period)

① 법 제12조제1항에 따른 가족관계등록부 작성 또는 정정에 관한 위원회의 결정 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다. 다만, 제적부 또는 가족관계등록부가 이중으로 존재하는 사람(사망한 사람을 포함한다)에 대한 제2호부터 제4호까지의 규정에 따른 사항은 위원회의 결정 범위에서 제외한다.

1. 제적부 및 가족관계등록부가 없는 희생자(사망하거나 행방불명된 사람만 해당한다)의 가족관계등록부 작성

나. 희생자의 인지, 혼인, 이혼, 입양 또는 파양의 무효확인

3. 희생자(사망하거나 행방불명된 사람만 해당한다. 이하 이 호에서 같다)인 생부 또는 생모 및 희생자가 아닌 생부 또는 생모와의 친생자관계존재확인이나 인지에 관한 사항 및 그와 관련된 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항

나. 제적부 또는 가족관계등록부에 기록된 부 또는 모와의 친생자관계부존재확인이나 양친자관계존재확인

4. 법 제21조의3제1항 또는 제5항에 따른 위원회의 결정과 관련된 제3호나목 또는 다목의 사항

② 법 제12조제1항에 따른 위원회의 결정을 위한 신청기간은 2024년 7월 31일부터 2028년 8월 31일까지로 한다. <개정 2026.8.25>
