정보통신기반 보호법 제6조(주요정보통신기반시설보호계획의 수립 등)

①관계중앙행정기관의 장은 제5조제2항에 따라 제출받은 주요정보통신기반시설보호대책을 종합ㆍ조정하여 소관분야에 대한 주요정보통신기반시설에 관한 보호계획(이하 "주요정보통신기반시설보호계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>

②관계중앙행정기관의 장은 전년도 주요정보통신기반시설보호계획의 추진실적과 다음 연도의 주요정보통신기반시설보호계획을 위원회에 제출하여 그 심의를 받아야 한다. 다만, 위원회의 위원장이 보안이 요구된다고 인정하는 사항에 대하여는 그러하지 아니하다.

③주요정보통신기반시설보호계획에는 다음 각호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2015.1.20>

④과학기술정보통신부장관과 국가정보원장은 협의하여 주요정보통신기반시설보호대책 및 주요정보통신기반시설보호계획의 수립지침을 정하여 이를 관계중앙행정기관의 장에게 통보할 수 있다. <개정 2007.12.21, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

⑤관계중앙행정기관의 장은 소관분야의 주요정보통신기반시설의 보호에 관한 업무를 총괄하는 자(이하 "정보보호책임관"이라 한다)를 지정하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agency에이전시 shall섈 designate데저그네잇 a어 person퍼슨 to투 oversee오우^v버시 the^ð더 work워크 of어^v브 protecting프^r러텍팅 critical크^r리티클 information인^f퍼메이션 and앤드 communications커뮤너케이션즈 infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 in인 its잇츠 field^f필드 of어^v브 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "information인^f퍼메이션 protection프^r러텍션 officer").오^f퍼서

⑥주요정보통신기반시설보호계획의 수립ㆍ시행에 관한 사항과 정보보호책임관의 지정 및 업무 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
