정당법 제35조(정기보고)

①중앙당과 시ㆍ도당은 매년 12월 31일 현재로 그 당원수 및 활동개황을 다음 연도 2월 15일(시ㆍ도당은 1월 31일)까지 관할 선거관리위원회에 보고하여야 한다. 이 경우 중앙당은 당해 연도의 정책추진내용과 그 추진결과 및 다음 연도의 주요정책추진계획을 중앙선거관리위원회에 보고하여야 한다.

②중앙당과 시ㆍ도당은 제17조(법정시ㆍ도당수) 및 제18조(시ㆍ도당의 법정당원수)의 요건에 흠결이 생긴 때에는 흠결이 생긴 날부터 14일 이내에 관할 선거관리위원회에 이를 보고하여야 한다.

③ 중앙당은 매년 12월 31일 현재로 제37조제3항에 따른 당원협의회 현황(당원협의회가 사무소를 둔 경우에는 그 사무소 현황을 포함한다)을 다음 연도 2월 15일까지 중앙선거관리위원회에 보고하여야 한다. <신설 2026.4.28>

④제38조(정책연구소의 설치ㆍ운영)의 규정에 의한 정책연구소는 매년 12월 31일 현재로 연간 활동실적을 다음 연도 2월 15일까지 중앙선거관리위원회에 보고하고, 당해 정당의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하는 등의 방법으로 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2026.4.28>

⑤중앙선거관리위원회는 제4항에 의하여 보고받은 연간 활동실적을 당해 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 이용하여 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2026.4.28>
