전자장치 부착 등에 관한 법률 제21조의6(보호관찰대상자의 의무)

① 보호관찰대상자는 특정범죄사건에 대한 형의 집행이 종료되거나 면제ㆍ가석방되는 날부터 10일 이내에 주거지를 관할하는 보호관찰소에 출석하여 서면으로 신고하여야 한다.

② 보호관찰대상자는 주거를 이전하거나 7일 이상의 국내여행을 하거나 출국할 때에는 미리 보호관찰관의 허가를 받아야 한다.
