전자장치 부착 등에 관한 법률 제21조(부착명령의 시효)

①피부착명령자는 그 판결이 확정된 후 집행을 받지 아니하고 함께 선고된 특정범죄사건의 형의 시효가 완성되면 그 집행이 면제된다. <개정 2009.5.8>
