① 통신판매업자는 소비자로부터 재화등의 거래에 관한 청약을 받으면 청약 의사표시의 수신 확인 및 판매 가능 여부에 관한 정보를 소비자에게 신속하게 알려야 한다.

② 통신판매업자는 계약체결 전에 소비자가 청약내용을 확인하고, 정정하거나 취소할 수 있도록 적절한 절차를 갖추어야 한다.
