전자금융거래법 제33조의3(변경허가ㆍ변경등록)

제28조제1항에 따라 허가를 받거나 같은 조 제2항에 따라 등록한 전자금융업자는 대주주가 변경된 경우에는 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 15일 이내에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 금융위원회의 변경허가를 받거나 변경된 사항을 금융위원회에 변경등록하여야 한다.
