전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제30조(의정활동비 등에 관한 특례)

① 「지방자치법」 제40조에도 불구하고 통합특별시의회 의원에게 지급하는 비용의 종류와 그 지급기준은 통합특별시조례로 정한다.

② 제1항에 따른 비용의 종류와 지급기준을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 통합특별시 소속으로 의정비심의위원회를 둔다.
