재일교포 북송저지 특수임무수행자 보상에 관한 법률 제9조(재심의)

① 제7조에 따른 위원회의 결정에 대하여 이의가 있는 신청인은 제8조에 따른 결정서 정본을 송달받은 날부터 30일 이내에 위원회에 재심의를 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 재심의 및 송달에 관하여는 제7조 및 제8조를 준용한다. 이 경우 재심의 신청을 받은 날부터 3개월 이내에 재심의 결정을 하여야 한다.
