Act on the Promotion of the Development, Use, and Distribution of Renewable Energy, Article 12-13 (Mandatory Installation of Renewable Energy Facilities in Public Parking Lots)

① 대통령령으로 정하는 규모 이상의 주차장(「주차장법」 제2조제1호에 따른 주차장을 말한다)을 설치ㆍ운영하는 자 중 다음 각 호에 해당하는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 일정 규모 이상의 재생에너지 설비를 설치하여야 한다. <개정 2026.3.17>
