재건축초과이익 환수에 관한 법률 제3조(재건축초과이익의 환수)
국토교통부장관은 재건축사업에서 발생되는 재건축초과이익을 이 법에서 정하는 바에 의하여 재건축부담금으로 징수하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
