장애인복지법 제63조(단체의 보호ㆍ육성)

①국가와 지방자치단체는 장애인의 복지를 향상하고 자립을 돕기 위하여 장애인복지단체를 보호ㆍ육성하도록 노력하여야 한다.

②국가와 지방자치단체는 예산의 범위 안에서 제1항에 따른 단체의 사업ㆍ활동 또는 운영이나 그 시설에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 보조할 수 있다. <개정 2015.12.29>
