Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, Article 11 (Policy Coordination Committee for Persons with Disabilities)

①장애인 종합정책을 수립하고 관계 부처 간의 의견을 조정하며 그 정책의 이행을 감독ㆍ평가하기 위하여 국무총리 소속하에 장애인정책조정위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

④위원회는 제2항의 사항을 미리 검토하고 관계 기관 사이의 협조 사항을 정리하기 위하여 위원회에 장애인정책조정실무위원회(이하 "실무위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.
