자유무역협정 체결에 따른 농어업인 등의 지원에 관한 특별법 제18조의2(농어촌상생협력기금의 설치 등)

① 협정의 이행으로 피해를 입거나 입을 우려가 있는 농어업등ㆍ농어촌의 지속가능한 발전 및 민간기업등과 농어촌ㆍ농어업인등 간의 상생협력 촉진을 위한 사업 등을 체계적으로 지원하기 위하여 농어촌상생협력기금(이하 "상생기금"이라 한다)을 설치한다.

② 상생기금은 「대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 촉진에 관한 법률」 제20조제1항에 따른 대ㆍ중소기업ㆍ농어업협력재단(이하 "재단"이라 한다) 내에 상생기금 운영위원회와 상생기금 운영본부를 설치하여 별도 회계로 관리ㆍ운용하여야 한다.

③ 상생기금은 정부 외의 자가 출연하는 현금이나 물품, 그 밖의 재산 등으로 조성한다. <개정 2019.8.27>

④ 상생기금의 조성액 목표는 매년 1천억원으로 하고, 상생기금 조성액이 부족한 경우 정부는 그 부족분을 충당하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 하여 그 결과를 국회 농림축산식품해양수산위원회에 보고하여야 한다.

⑤ 제3항에 따라 출연하는 자는 그 용도와 사업을 지정하여 출연할 수 있다. 이 경우 재단은 그 지정된 용도와 사업에 정부 외의 자가 출연하는 현금이나 물품, 그 밖의 재산 등을 사용하여야 한다. <개정 2019.8.27>
