Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources, Article 15 (Submission of Plans for Implementation of Collection and Recycling Obligations)

① 영 제24조에 따라 법 제18조제1항제1호 또는 제2호에 해당하는 자가 회수 및 재활용 의무이행계획서를 제출하려는 경우에는 별지 제10호서식의 회수 및 재활용 의무이행계획서(전자문서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 공단에 제출해야 한다. 다만, 유통지원센터의 구성원인 재활용사업공제조합은 별지 제10호의2서식의 회수 및 재활용 의무이행계획서에 유통지원센터와의 회수의무 대행 약정서와 유통지원센터의 회수ㆍ운반 계획을 첨부하여 공단에 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2009.12.31, 2013.11.22, 2016.1.21, 2022.7.1>
