자연환경보전법 제36조(생태계의 연구ㆍ기술개발 등)

①정부는 자연환경의 조사, 생태계의 체계ㆍ기능ㆍ복원에 대한 연구, 기후변화 등에 의한 생태계 변화와 적응 등에 관하여 연구 및 기술개발을 하여야 한다. <개정 2011.7.28, 2012.2.1>
