Enforcement Decree of the Countermeasures against Natural Disasters Act, Article 36 (Matters Necessary for Public Announcement of Disaster Recovery Project Implementation Plans, etc.)

① 지역대책본부장 또는 중앙대책본부장은 법 제49조제1항에 따라 재해복구사업 실시계획을 인가하였을 때에는 법 제49조제5항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 관보에 게재하고, 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ구에서 발행하는 공보나 인터넷 홈페이지 등에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2014.8.6>
