자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제436조(전자문서에 의한 신고 등)

① 이 법에 따라 금융위원회, 증권선물위원회, 금융감독원장, 거래소, 협회 또는 예탁결제원에 신고서ㆍ보고서, 그 밖의 서류 또는 자료 등을 제출하는 경우에는 전자문서의 방법으로 할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29>

② 제1항의 전자문서에 의한 신고 등의 방법 및 절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
