자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제405조(분쟁의 자율조정)

① 시장감시위원회는 제377조제10호에 따른 분쟁의 자율조정을 위하여 필요한 분쟁조정규정을 정한다.

② 시장감시위원회는 분쟁조정을 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 당사자에 대하여 사실의 확인 또는 자료의 제출 등을 요구할 수 있다.

③ 시장감시위원회는 당사자, 그 밖의 이해관계인의 의견을 들을 필요가 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 이들에게 회의에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 것을 요청할 수 있다.
