① 금융위원회는 예탁결제원이 별표 8 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29>

④ 제422조제3항, 제423조(제1호를 제외한다), 제424조(제2항을 제외한다) 및 제425조는 예탁결제원 및 그 임직원에 대한 조치 등에 관하여 준용한다.
