자동차관리법 제35조의7(내압용기의 장착검사 등)

① 자동차제작자등은 제35조의6제1항에 따라 내압용기검사를 받은 내압용기를 자동차에 장착하려면 자동차자기인증을 하기 전에 내압용기와 그 연결에 필요한 가스설비에 대하여 성능시험대행자로부터 장착의 안전성에 대한 검사(이하 "내압용기장착검사"라 한다)를 받아야 한다. 다만, 액화석유가스를 연료로 사용하는 자동차의 경우에는 내압용기검사를 받은 내압용기를 자동차에 장착하여 자동차자기인증을 함으로써 내압용기장착검사를 갈음한다.

② 성능시험대행자는 내압용기장착검사를 실시하여 내압용기장착검사기준에 적합하면 국토교통부령으로 정하는 내압용기장착검사증을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 내압용기장착검사의 기준과 방법, 절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
