Article 2 (Requirements for Eligible Issuers)
「이중상환청구권부 채권 발행에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제4조제1항제3호에 따른 절차와 수단에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
The procedures and means under Article 4 (1) 3 of the Act on the Issuance of Covered Bonds (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") shall include the following matters:
1. 법 제8조제5항에 따라 수탁관리인을 선임할 경우 그 선임 및 감독에 관한 기준
1. Where a custodian-administrator is appointed pursuant to Article 8 (5) of the Act, standards for the appointment and supervision of the custodian-administrator;
2. 그 밖에 이중상환청구권부 채권의 발행 및 상환과 관련한 위험 관리 및 통제에 대한 세부 기준으로서 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 사항
2. Other matters determined and publicly notified by the Financial Services Commission as detailed standards for risk management and control relating to the issuance and redemption of covered bonds.
