의사상자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(취업보호의 신청 및 조치)

① 법 제13조에 따라 취업보호를 받으려는 의상자와 그 가족 및 의사자유족은 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 법 제16조에 따른 보호기관에 취업보호를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2012.2.1>

(1) A어 person퍼슨 injured인저드 in인 a어 righteous^r라이처스 act액트 and앤드 his히즈 or오 her허 family,^f패멀리 and앤드 the^ð더 bereaved버^r리^v브드 family^f패멀리 of어^v브 a어 person퍼슨 who후 died다이드 in인 a어 righteous^r라이처스 act,액트 who후 intend인텐드 to투 receive^r러시^v브 employment엠플로이먼트 protection프^r러텍션 under언더 Article아터클 13 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall,섈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare,웰^f페어 apply어플라이 for^f포 employment엠플로이먼트 protection프^r러텍션 to투 the^ð더 protection프^r러텍션 agency에이전시 under언더 Article아터클 16 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act.액트

② 제1항의 신청을 받은 보호기관은 신청자의 연령ㆍ학력ㆍ자격 및 부상정도 등을 고려하여 직업훈련시설에 훈련을 위탁하거나 공공기관 또는 그 밖의 적절한 직장에 취업할 수 있도록 조치를 하여야 한다.

③ 보호기관이 제2항의 조치를 할 수 없는 경우에는 보건복지부장관에게 보고하고, 보건복지부장관은 관계 기관에 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
