의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제36조의2(보통전ㆍ공사상심사위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 전투ㆍ공무수행 중 발생한 의무경찰의 사망ㆍ상이에 관한 사항을 심사하기 위하여 소속기관등에 보통전ㆍ공사상심사위원회(이하 "보통심사위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 보통심사위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 5명 이상 7명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 regular^r레귤러 review^r리^v뷰 committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 fewer^f퓨어 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 and앤드 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 seven세^v븐 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 보통심사위원회의 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 regular^r레귤러 review^r리^v뷰 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members.멤버즈

④ 보통심사위원회의 위원장은 보통심사위원회를 대표하고, 보통심사위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 regular^r레귤러 review^r리^v뷰 committee커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 regular^r레귤러 review^r리^v뷰 committee커미티 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑤ 보통심사위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 보통심사위원회의 위원장이 미리 지명하는 보통심사위원회의 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

⑥ 보통심사위원회의 위원은 경찰공무원과 관련 분야에 대한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 소속기관등의 장이 성별을 고려하여 임명하거나 위촉한다. 이 경우 공무원이 아닌 사람이 과반수가 되도록 한다.

⑦ 공무원이 아닌 보통심사위원회의 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

⑧ 보통심사위원회의 위원장은 보통심사위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(8) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 regular^r레귤러 review^r리^v뷰 committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 regular^r레귤러 review^r리^v뷰 committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑨ 보통심사위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑩ 소속기관등의 장은 보통심사위원회의 심사가 종료되면 청구인에게 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 결정서를 지체 없이 통지해야 한다.

⑪ 제1항부터 제10항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 보통심사위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 구체적인 사항은 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장이 정한다.
