의료법 제86조(권한의 위임 및 위탁)

①이 법에 따른 보건복지부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 질병관리청장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이나 보건소장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2020.8.11>

②보건복지부장관은 이 법에 따른 업무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관계 전문기관에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
