의료법 제58조의3(의료기관 인증기준 및 방법 등)

① 의료기관 인증기준은 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여야 한다.

(2) Accreditation어크^r레더테이션 grades그^r레이즈 are아 classified클래서^f파이드 into인투 accreditation,어크^r레더테이션 conditional컨디셔늘 accreditation어크^r레더테이션 and앤드 non-accreditation.난-어크^r레더테이션

③ 인증의 유효기간은 4년으로 한다. 다만, 조건부인증의 경우에는 유효기간을 1년으로 한다. <개정 2020.3.4>

④ 조건부인증을 받은 의료기관의 장은 유효기간 내에 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 재인증을 받아야 한다. <개정 2020.3.4>

⑤ 제1항에 따른 인증기준의 세부 내용은 보건복지부장관이 정한다. <개정 2020.3.4>
