의료급여법 제10조(급여비용의 부담)

급여비용은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 전부 또는 일부를 제25조에 따른 의료급여기금에서 부담하되, 의료급여기금에서 일부를 부담하는 경우 그 나머지 비용은 본인이 부담한다.
