유전자원의 접근ㆍ이용 및 이익 공유에 관한 법률 제15조(절차 준수의 신고)

① 해외 유전자원등에 접근하여 국내에서 이용하려는 자는 제14조제1항에 따른 절차를 준수하였음을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국가점검기관의 장에게 신고하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 신고는 의정서의 당사국으로서 유전자원등에 대한 접근 및 이용을 위한 절차를 마련한 제공국의 유전자원등에 접근하여 국내에서 이용하는 경우로 한정한다.
