유아교육법 시행령 제18조(외국인유치원의 설립ㆍ운영)
법 제16조에 따른 외국인유치원의 설립기준, 교육과정, 수업연한, 학력인정, 그 밖에 외국인유치원의 설립ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 따로 대통령령으로 정한다.
