원자력안전법 시행령 제121조(시험 등의 면제)

1. 법 제84조제2항제1호의 면허를 받은 사람으로서 원자로의 종류는 동일하나 노형, 용량급 또는 핵증기공급계통의 공급사 중 하나 이상이 다른 원자로조종감독자 면허시험에 응시하는 사람은 별표 6 제1호가목의 시험과목 중 2) 원자로시설의 구조, 재료 및 설계 및 3) 원자로의 운전제어를 제외한 과목을 면제한다.

2. 법 제84조제2항제2호의 면허를 받은 사람으로서 원자로의 종류는 동일하나 노형, 용량급 또는 핵증기공급계통의 공급사 중 하나 이상이 다른 원자로조종사 면허시험에 응시하는 사람은 별표 6 제2호가목의 시험과목 중 2) 원자로시설의 구조 및 3) 원자로의 운전제어를 제외한 과목을 면제한다.

3. 법 제84조제2항제1호 및 제2호에 따른 면허시험의 필기시험에 합격하고, 실기시험에 불합격한 사람으로서 원자로의 종류, 노형, 용량급 및 핵증기공급계통의 공급사가 동일한 원자로조종감독자 또는 원자로조종사 면허시험에 응시하는 사람은 다음 회의 시험에 한정하여 필기시험을 면제한다.
