Enforcement Decree of the Nuclear Safety Act, Article 105-4 (Application for Approval of Closure of Radioactive Waste Disposal Facilities, etc.)

① 위원회는 법 제68조의4제1항 전단에 따라 방사성폐기물처분시설등의 폐쇄 승인신청을 받은 경우 신청서의 제출일부터 18개월 이내에 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라 승인 여부를 결정해야 한다.
