Act on Postal Savings and Postal Insurance, Article 51 (Establishment and Composition of Postal Savings and Insurance Dispute Mediation Committee)

① 우체국예금ㆍ보험 이해관계인 사이에 발생하는 예금계약, 예금지급, 보험모집, 보험계약 및 보험금지급 등 우체국예금ㆍ보험 관련 분쟁으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 분쟁을 조정하기 위하여 과학기술정보통신부장관 소속으로 우체국예금ㆍ보험분쟁조정위원회(이하 "분쟁조정위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.12.1, 2017.7.26, 2023.3.21>
