예금자보호법 제36조의2(계약이전 등의 요청)

① 공사는 예금자등의 보호를 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 경우에는 금융위원회에 해당 부실금융회사에 대한 계약이전의 명령, 파산신청 등 필요한 조치를 할 것을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 공사의 요청을 받은 금융위원회는 그 결과를 지체 없이 공사에 통보하여야 한다.
