여신전문금융업법 제34조(의무이행상의 특례)

① 대여시설이용자가 특정물건의 시설대여등을 받아 사용하는 경우에는 다른 법령에 따라 특정물건의 소유자에게 부과되는 검사 등 그 물건의 유지ㆍ관리에 관한 각종 의무를 대여시설이용자가 당사자로서 이행하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 의무를 지게 된 시설대여업자는 지체 없이 이를 대여시설이용자에게 알려야 한다.
