Specialized Credit Finance Business Act, Article 14-2 (Recruitment of Credit Card Members)

① 신용카드회원을 모집할 수 있는 자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자이어야 한다.

1. 해당 신용카드업자의 임직원

② 신용카드회원을 모집하는 자가 모집할 때 지켜야 할 사항과 모집방법에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
