어선원 및 어선 재해보상보험법 시행령 제51조의2(진찰요구 대상 등)

① 법 제69조의2에 따라 중앙회가 진찰을 요구할 수 있는 경우는 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 제1항제3호에 따른 진찰비용에는 직무상 재해 또는 승무 중 직무 외 재해로 추정할 수 있는 증상을 가진 사람으로서 그 증세가 위독하거나, 진찰 중 이에 대한 치료를 하지 아니하면 증세가 급속히 악화되어 진찰과 사후 치료에 지장이 있다는 의학적 소견에 따라 치료를 한 경우 그 치료에 든 비용을 포함할 수 있다.
