약사법 제67조(조직)

의약품등의 제조업자ㆍ품목허가를 받은 자ㆍ수입자 또는 의약품 판매업자는 자주적인 활동과 공동이익을 보장하고 국민보건 향상에 이바지하기 위하여 각각 사단법인을 조직할 수 있다. <개정 2007.10.17>
