약사법 제21조(약국의 관리의무)

1. 약국의 시설과 의약품을 보건위생상 위해(危害)가 없고 의약품의 효능이 떨어지지 아니하도록 관리할 것

5. 약사, 한약사가 의약품을 조제 또는 판매하는 경우에는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 환자가 그 신분을 알 수 있도록 명찰을 달 것(제23조제1항 단서 또는 제44조제1항 단서에 따라 조제 또는 판매행위를 하는 대학의 학생이 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 환자가 그 신분을 알 수 있도록 명찰을 달도록 지시ㆍ감독할 것을 포함한다)
