약관의 규제에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조의2(분쟁조정의 대상)

법 제24조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 약관"이란 약관의 작성 주체나 약관의 명칭 또는 문구에 상관없이 해당 약관 조항의 내용이 법 제17조를 위반한 약관과 법률상 쟁점이 공통되는 약관을 말한다.
