Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Management of Wildlife, Article 14-4 (Scale of Wild Animal Handling Subject to Business Permits)
법 제22조의5제1항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 규모 이상으로 취급"이란 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 경우를 말한다.
"Handling at or above the scale prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the first sentence of the part other than the subparagraphs of Article 22-5 (1) of the Act means the following, according to the classification:
1. 야생동물 판매업ㆍ수입업ㆍ생산업
1. Wild animal sales, import, and production businesses:
가. 파충류 또는 양서류만을 취급(파충류와 양서류를 함께 취급하려는 경우를 포함한다)하려는 경우: 다음의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우
(a) Where the business handles only reptiles or amphibians (including where it intends to handle reptiles and amphibians together): any of the following cases:
1) 50개체 이상 보유하면서 연간 100개체 이상 판매하려는 경우
1) Where it intends to hold 50 or more individuals and sell 100 or more individuals annually;
2) 월평균 20개체 이상 판매하려는 경우
2) Where it intends to sell an average of 20 or more individuals monthly;
나. 가목 외의 경우: 다음의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우
(b) Cases other than item (a): any of the following cases:
1) 20개체 이상 보유하면서 연간 30개체 이상 판매하려는 경우
1) Where it intends to hold 20 or more individuals and sell 30 or more individuals annually;
2) 월평균 10개체 이상 판매하려는 경우
2) Where it intends to sell an average of 10 or more individuals monthly;

2. Wild animal consignment management business:
가. 파충류 또는 양서류만을 취급(파충류와 양서류를 함께 취급하려는 경우를 포함한다)하려는 경우: 20개체 이상 위탁 보호 또는 사육하려는 경우
(a) Where the business handles only reptiles or amphibians (including where it intends to handle reptiles and amphibians together): where it intends to take in for care or breed 20 or more individuals on consignment;
나. 가목 외의 경우: 10개체 이상 위탁 보호 또는 사육하려는 경우
(b) Cases other than item (a): where it intends to take in for care or breed 10 or more individuals on consignment.
