아시아문화중심도시 조성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제34조(준공확인 전 토지 등의 사용)

①사업시행자는 법 제37조제4항 단서에 따라 준공확인증명서를 교부받기 전에 사용허가를 받으려는 경우에는 준공확인전 사용허가신청서에 다음 각 호의 자료를 첨부하여 전남광주통합특별시장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2019.7.2, 2026.6.23>

②제1항에 따라 사용허가 신청을 받은 전남광주통합특별시장은 개발된 토지 또는 시설의 사용이 조성사업의 목적에 부합하는지 여부와 조성사업의 추진에 지장이 없는지 여부 등을 고려하여 30일 이내에 허가 또는 불허가처분을 하여야 한다. <개정 2026.6.23>
