아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 시행령 제5조의2(연고자 등의 기준)

법 제12조제1항제5호에 따른 연고자 등은 피해아동등의 친족이거나 피해아동등을 보호ㆍ양육한 이력이 있는 등 피해아동등과 특별한 연고가 있는 사람 중 피해아동등을 인도받기를 희망하는 사람이어야 한다.
