신용협동조합법 시행령 제24조(권한의 위탁 등)
Article 24 (Entrustment of Authority)
① 금융위원회는 법 제96조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항에 관한 권한을 금융감독원장에게 위탁한다. <개정 2011.11.23, 2018.12.18>
(1) Pursuant to Article 96 (1) of the Act, the Financial Services Commission entrusts the authority over the following matters to the Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service:
1. 법 제8조에 따른 인가 요건 심사
1. Review of authorization requirements under Article 8 of the Act;
2. 법 제47조제5항에 따른 감사의뢰
2. Requests for audit under Article 47 (5) of the Act;
3. 법 제75조제2항에 따른 시정요구
3. Requests for correction under Article 75 (2) of the Act;
4. 법 제81조제4항에 따른 결산보고서 및 감사보고서의 접수
4. Receipt of settlement reports and audit reports under Article 81 (4) of the Act;
4의2. 법 제83조제1항에 따른 조합과 중앙회의 업무 감독을 위한 경영실태 분석 및 평가
4-2. Analysis and evaluation of management conditions for supervising the business of unions and the Federation under Article 83 (1) of the Act;
5. 법 제83조의2에 따른 경영상황에 관한 주요정보 및 자료의 공시에 관한 사항
5. Matters concerning public disclosure of key information and data on management conditions under Article 83-2 of the Act;
6. 법 제84조제1항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 임직원에 대한 조치요구
6. Requests for measures against officers and employees under Article 84 (1) 2 and 3 of the Act;
7. 법 제84조제3항 및 제4항에 따른 임시임원의 선임 및 등기촉탁

12. 법 제86조제5항에 따른 채무의 지급정지 또는 임원의 직무정지의 철회
12. Withdrawal of suspension of payment of debts or suspension of duties of officers under Article 86 (5) of the Act;
13. 법 제86조의2제4항 및 제5항에 따른 관리인의 해임 및 관리인의 대리인 선임 등에 관한 권한
13. Authority over dismissal of administrators and appointment of agents of administrators under Article 86-2 (4) and (5) of the Act;
14. 법 제86조의3에 따른 경영관리의 통지 및 등기촉탁
14. Notice of management control and requests for registration under Article 86-3 of the Act;
15. 법 제86조의4제1항에 따른 위원회 의견 요청 및 접수
15. Requests for and receipt of the opinion of the Committee under Article 86-4 (1) of the Act;
16. 법 제86조의4제2항에 따른 인수조합의 지정
16. Designation of the acquiring union under Article 86-4 (2) of the Act;
17. 법 제86조의4제5항에 따른 관리인의 선임
17. Appointment of administrators under Article 86-4 (5) of the Act;
18. 법 제86조의4제6항에 따른 통지 및 등기 촉탁
18. Notice and requests for registration under Article 86-4 (6) of the Act;
19. 법 제88조에 따른 파산신청
19. Filing of bankruptcy petitions under Article 88 of the Act;
20. 법 제97조제1항 및 제3항에 따른 인가
20. Authorization under Article 97 (1) and (3) of the Act;
21. 제12조제1항제1호에 따른 승인
21. Approval under Article 12 (1) 1;
22. 제19조의3제3항에 따른 내부통제기준의 변경권고
22. Recommendation to amend the internal control standards under Article 19-3 (3);
23. 제19조의4제1항에 따른 준법감시인 임면통보의 수리
23. Acceptance of notification of appointment or dismissal of compliance officers under Article 19-4 (1).
② 금융위원회는 법 제96조제1항에 따라 법 제39조제3항에 따른 업무방법의 고시에 관한 권한을 중앙회장에게 위탁한다. <신설 2011.11.23>
(2) Pursuant to Article 96 (1) of the Act, the Financial Services Commission entrusts the authority over the public notice of business methods under Article 39 (3) of the Act to the Federation president.
③법 제96조제2항의 규정에 의하여 금융감독원장이 중앙회장에게 위탁할 수 있는 권한은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2000.6.27, 2007.8.22, 2011.11.23>
(3) The authority that the Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service may entrust to the Federation president under Article 96 (2) of the Act is as follows:
1. 법 제83조제2항의 규정에 의한 조합의 업무와 재산에 관한 검사
1. Examination of the business and property of unions under Article 83 (2) of the Act;
2. 법 제83조제3항의 규정에 의한 조합의 업무 또는 재산에 관한 보고, 자료의 제출, 관계자의 출석 및 의견의 진술요구
2. Requests for reports on the business or property of unions, submission of data, and attendance and statements of opinion of related persons under Article 83 (3) of the Act;
3. 법 제84조제1항제2호 및 제3호의 규정에 의한 조합의 임ㆍ직원에 대한 조치요구
3. Requests for measures against officers and employees of unions under Article 84 (1) 2 and 3 of the Act;
4. 법 제84조제3항 및 제4항의 규정에 의한 임시임원의 선임 및 등기촉탁
4. Appointment of interim officers and requests for registration under Article 84 (3) and (4) of the Act.
④금융감독원장은 제1항제3호, 제9호, 제10호, 제12호, 제13호, 제15부터 제17호까지, 제19호 및 제20호에 따른 권한을 행사한 때에는 그 사실을 금융위원회에 보고하여야 한다. <개정 1999.4.19, 2000.6.27, 2007.8.22, 2008.2.29, 2011.11.23>
(4) When the Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service has exercised authority under paragraph (1) 3, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15 through 17, 19, and 20, the Governor shall report that fact to the Financial Services Commission.
