Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Newspapers, etc., Article 22 (Establishment of Branches, etc. of Foreign Newspapers|6)

법 제28조제1항에 따라 외국신문의 지사 또는 지국의 설치를 등록하려는 자는 별지 제10호서식의 외국신문 지사(지국) 설치 등록신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 문화체육관광부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.
