시체 해부 및 보존 등에 관한 법률 제17조의2(시체 해부 동의자 등에 대한 예우)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 시체 해부에 동의한 사람 및 그 가족, 시체 해부를 승낙한 유족에 대하여 국가의 의학발전을 위한 헌신성을 고려하여 적절한 예우 및 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.11.11>

② 제1항에 따른 예우 및 지원에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
