시체 해부 및 보존 등에 관한 법률 제11조(이상 발견 시의 조치)

① 시체를 해부하는 자는 그 시체에서 범죄와 관련이 있다고 인정되는 이상을 발견하였을 때에는 지체 없이 관할 경찰서장에게 통보하여야 한다.

② 시체를 해부하는 자는 그 시체가 국민 보건에 중대한 위해를 끼칠 우려가 있다고 인정할 때에는 지체 없이 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 하며, 그 통보를 받은 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사는 보건복지부장관에게, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 보건복지부장관과 특별시장ㆍ광역시장 또는 도지사에게 지체 없이 그 내용을 보고하여야 한다.
