수소경제 육성 및 수소 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제47조(안전관리자의 종류 등)

① 법 제42조제1항에 따른 안전관리자(이하 "안전관리자"라 한다)의 종류는 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 안전관리부총괄자는 해당 사업자의 수소용품 제조시설을 직접 관리하는 최고 책임자로 한다.
