Enforcement Decree of the Fishery Resources Management Act, Article 7-2 (Capture and Collection Standards for Non-Fishers)

① 「수산업법」 제2조제10호에서 정하는 어업인이 아닌 자가 수산자원을 포획ㆍ채취하려는 경우에는 법 제18조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 기준을 준수해야 한다.
