수산업협동조합법 제127조의4(내부통제기준 등)

① 중앙회는 법령과 정관을 준수하고 중앙회의 이용자를 보호하기 위하여 중앙회의 임직원이 그 직무를 수행할 때 따라야 할 기본적인 절차와 기준(이하 "내부통제기준"이라 한다)을 정하여야 한다.

② 중앙회는 내부통제기준의 준수 여부를 점검하고 위반 여부를 조사하여 감사위원회에 보고하는 사람(이하 "준법감시인"이라 한다)을 1명 이상 두어야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 shall섈 have해^v브 at앳 least리스트 one원 person퍼슨 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "compliance컴플라이언스 officer")오^f퍼서 who후 checks첵스 compliance컴플라이언스 with위^ð드 the^ð디 internal인터늘 control컨트^r로울 standards,스탠더즈 investigates인^v베스터게잇츠 violations,^v바이얼레이션즈 and앤드 reports^r리포츠 to투 the^ð디 audit오딧 committee.커미티

③ 준법감시인은 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 중앙회장이 임면한다.

(3) The^ð더 compliance컴플라이언스 officer오^f퍼서 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 and앤드 dismissed디스미스트 by바이 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 after애^f프터 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

④ 내부통제기준과 준법감시인의 자격요건 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
