수산업협동조합법 제100조(청산종결등기)

① 청산이 끝나면 청산인은 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 2주일 이내에 청산종결의 등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.9.20>

② 청산인이 제1항에 따라 청산종결의 등기를 신청할 때에는 등기신청서에 제90조에 따른 결산보고서의 승인을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
